What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial Stretch is not so much about working with your muscles but more about working with your fascia, the netting of tissue under the skin that covers your whole body.
Fascia is a communication system in
your body that connects everything. It thickens and tightens in some areas while thins and stretches in others. When you have a dysfunction or a trauma somewhere in your body, the fascia adjusts to protectit. Some fascial nets may become tight and over facilitated which results in misalignment.

Fascial Stretch is about creating balance, by stretching the nets that are tight, your body will physically & mentally let go of tension. We synchronize the practice with your breathing to down-regulate your body and bring it into a state of healing.
Fascial Stretch is done fully clothed (but wear comfortable and stretchy clothes), on a table, in private environment. It should not be painful. The best results are seen when you are in a fully relaxed state. I will help you achieve that state of full presence and openness.
